CALL FOR EXPRESSION OF INTEREST

RELATED TO THE RECRUITMENT OF A CONSULTANT TO ELABORATE A TRIENNAL COMMUNICATION PLAN FOR THE PROJECT
The Minister of the Environment, Protection of Nature and Sustainable Development hereby launches on behalf of his ministerial department a call for expression of interest related to the recruitment of a Consultant to elaborate a 3-year communication plan for the SUFACHAC project.
Among other things, the Consultant will conduct a situational analysis of the project, identify programmes that will contribute to the project goals and visibility, best channels and tools for effective communication. In addition he will elaborate monitoring and evaluation tools to check communication effectiveness as well as propose an annual communication work plan and budget.
